I just placed an order. Can I still change my artwork?
Because of how our process works, we can't guarantee a change in your artwork once you've placed your order. Contact customer service immediately and we'll see what we can do to help.
How can I determine the status of my order?
How long does it take for me to receive my order?
It takes between 3 and 6 business days depending on the shipping option you chose.
How do I track my order?
Under My Account , click Orders to see your order status. If your order shipped, there will be a tracking number available. You will also receive an email that includes your tracking number. Click on the tracking number to see your shipment's location.
I think there's a problem with an order I received. What do I do?
We always want to print your orders right the first time, but if we happen to make a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to fix it. If for some reason we can't, we will refund you.
What kind of files do you accept?
We accept JPEG, PNG, and PDF. We recommend 300 DPI for all images.
What kind of paper do you use?
For business cards and appointment cards, we use 14-point paper with options in matte, gloss, and UV gloss; 16-point matte paper; and 17-point uncoated paper.
For magnetic business cards, we use 17-point magnetic UV gloss.
For stickers, we use 70 lb. label gloss.
How can I order the same business cards for all my employees?
Once you add your designed business card to your shopping cart, you will be given the option to Duplicate and Modify your design. You can do this as many times as you need, changing the information for each employee and avoiding the hassle of re-creating your design each time.
Can I see a proof before I order my business cards?
When designing your business cards with our online design tool, you have an option to preview your design. We also offer previews before placing your design into your cart and before purchase.
